Small scale no-till farming

As a first-generation farmer, I take pride in the way I farm. With a regenerative approach to both support the land I farm and support the community with quality fresh produce. All products are farmer grown

Modern Remedies

Modern Remedies’ Pastured Eggs are raised from our own incubator with the help of friends, and they rotate across our hemp field and cow pastures. We believe in stacking functions, one way we can do this is by mimicking what nature already does. The birds pick and scratch the soil, disturbing and spread dormant seeds that help the grasses grow and become thicker. The birds are also naturally helping with our fertilizer budget. Because of this beautiful dance with nature, we’re able to avoid using any artificial inputs for hemp products, pumpkins and sweet corn. These birds enjoy nature’s detoxifer – plants. We encourage folks to do their own research, but study after study proves that pastured eggs yield higher nutrients in eggs including but not limited to vitamin A, E and Omega 3 fatty acids.

Grace Meadows Farm

We are Kyle and Kristen Henry, and we produce grass-finished beef right here in the Ohio Appalachian foothills. We are the third generation to produce food from this land and are committed to regenerating the soil for the next generation! Our goal is to give our cattle the best life possible and provide you with extraordinarily clean, excellent-tasting beef. When you order from us, your beef is grass-finished on our pastures - not sourced from random suppliers, like big corporations.

Millers Mushrooms

We have been growing food in some way or the other for the last decade. Weather raising animals or gardening, we have strived to create a sustainable livelihood for our small family. We never realized how large that family would grow simply from cultivating mushrooms.

We have had the privilege to meet so many incredible growers, bakers, makers, restaurant owners, market organizers and more, just because of this unique fungi. Which makes sense in some ways... Mycelium (kind of like the root structure of the mushroom), can stretch for miles connecting entire ecosystems together, often supporting and nourishing one another, creating a thriving community, displaying beautiful symbiotic relationships. Growing mushrooms has given us an opportunity to learn from, share with and benefit from our Northeast Ohio community in ways that we never dreamed of and couldn't be more grateful for.

We are fortunate to grow indoors so we can provide you with mushrooms all year long. When we aren't growing mushrooms you can find us riding bikes, hiking, camping and making music

M&H Beans

Globally Sourced, Ohio Roasted

Our story starts with love - of each other, followed by coffee. We source our beans responsibly and only use specialty grade coffee from four continents. We touch every part of our little operation, from sourcing to roasting, from social media to shipping, from mixing the Red Eye BBQ Rub to sweeping the Roastery floor. Our little shop in the heart of North Canton is not only our roasting and production space, but we have fun making unique beverages using our coffee and specialty teas. Swing by our Roastery + Carry-Out Café next to Pav's Creamery in North Canton to check out our evolving operation.
Our cafe uses the following major food allergens as ingredients: Milk, Egg, Tree nuts, Peanuts, Wheat, and Soy,
